My role here at esave is mainly checking over our client’s bills and advising them on anything they need to know when it comes to their billing. Problem solving in the billing department and handling such things as change of tenancies for the clients is a few other tasks I undertake as Billing Advisor.

My role here at esave is mainly checking over our client’s bills and advising them on anything they need to know when it comes to their billing. Businesses should choose esave because we always put our client’s best interests at heart and strive to make sure that their needs are our priority. I feel this is what sets us aside from other companies in the same sector, as well as the communication levels we strive to reach with our clients.
What is the most satisfying part of your job?
I would say a happy client is what brings me the most satisfaction. By that I mean for example, the moment your client tells you, “This is great, thank you for all of your effort”. It makes me feel that the lengths we go to, to ensure that they have the best customer service, is seen. And as a result of that we are building a relationship with our clients.
What do you do when you’re not at work?
Outside of work, I spend my time painting and drawing up tattoo designs as a hobby!
